An original perfect Front Firewall Insulation Panel was obtained and used as a template in order to make new dies.

Suits 6 pack and others. Last 2 pics fitted to a E38.

The panel is “Die Cut” and made from the “Correct” board (not kick panel board as others use).

There are 6 layers to this Firewall - as per original

We use OEM Fibre Glass insulation on the back of the panel (not foam as others use).

These are identical to the original. Perfect fit.
