Refund policy
Returns
Should you change your mind about a product you have purchased, you have 14 days to return it. You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to return the product back to us. A refund will be issued less the cost of shipping the product/s to you and less 10% of the total order (to cover financial fees that we will have incurred). This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. Whatever our costs to ship the product to you will be subtracted from your refund.
Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, installed, or damaged the item.
Wrong item delivered
If you have received an incorrect item, let us know as soon as you can, within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. We will send you the correct item at no cost to you.
Order Cancelations
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. All cancelations will incur a 10% cancelation fee based on the total value of the order. This is to cover fees that will have incurred when you paid and when we refund. The balance will be refunded to your original payment method. If the item has already been sent out, please refer to "Returns" above.
Faults and Warranty Claims
Warranties and guarantees are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If an item arrives that is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.
The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
This Faults and Warranties policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage arising from improper assembly, installation or modification
- Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
- Damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care
- Damage, wear and tear caused by using product/part for performance applications
- Damage to external or product packaging only
- Damage occurring during your own handling or installation
- Damage during transportation of goods from a depot or freight-carrying service
- Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish
- Insignificant minor imperfections or superficial blemishes
