Shipping & Handling

Once your order is received we pick and pack your order within 2-5 working days. Your item will be shipped out as soon as possible and an email sent out advising that your item has been shipped including tracking information.

Damaged in Transit or Missing in Transit

Unfortunately, items are occasionally damaged in transit or just go missing.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately. 

If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.

Unfortunately we will not be responsible for damage during transit or for missing items.  All care is taken to package your product so that it arrives safely.  Items shipped with Australia Post or Courier have limited insurance, you can lodge an enquiry on the carriers website in regards to damage or missing items.  

Please also, email us on info@classicautomotiveproducts.com.au to advise us what is happening and we will work with you to remedy the situation with the carrier.
