An original perfect condition XR XT Front Firewall Insulation Panel was obtained and used as a template we then invested in a one piece Die to manufacture these firewalls.
The Firewall is “one” piece – and is NOT made up off separate individual pieces (as others are).Also included is the insulation that goes under the plenum and behind the kick panels.
We use OEM Fibre Glass insulation on the back of the panel (not foam as others use).
Our firewall insulation panel is 100% identical to what Ford manufactured.
